Interesting Google searches

I seem to be the focus of an inordinate amount of searches on Google using this:

wellstone assassination

I didn’t think I’d used the word assassination, and on searching, I see I didn’t. I appear to have had the word “assassination” on the site on October 25th, but in reference to something else.

Heh. Now, I’m not saying that happened, considering the bad weather that day, but the thought did go through both our heads. It’s too convenient, especially now that the NTSB says there’s not enough of the plane surviving to reconstruct what happened.

That is what I don’t understand. They pulled almost all of TWA Flight 800 out of the waters south of Long Island several years back when it exploded some 30,000 feet in the air, and there’s little left of this, a small plane that crashed from a low height? Odd, very odd.

  • “Yeah, well, it’ll all check out when we get the black box recorder.”

“Oh, wait, sorry — there IS no black box recorder. Oops.”

    And this is nice, too.

I’m not saying he was offed…

    I’m just sayin’.

  • I saw those ads; talk about bad timing by the GOP to have those ads appear in people’s mailboxes . . .

I’m not sayin’ he was offed, either, but . . .

  • I should add that my Wellstone + Assassination searches are through the roof, and I doubt it’s because of this post — it’s too soon for Google to snag it, I think.

  • I haven’t used the A-word on mine, I don’t think.

::off to go write it somewhere on the blog::
