187.8 pounds this week, down 2.6 pounds from last Friday. Wow, I didn’t expect this one, considering the fact that I was in negative flex points by the end of last Saturday.
Resuming exercise certainly had an effect on this, that’s for certain.
Next week is the 52nd weekly post since I started Weight Watchers; while I had hoped to be around 170 by now, I’m happy with the results I’ve attained and know I’ll continue past a year on the program. It’s nice wearing size 34 pants and Medium shirts.
